Credit / Debit Card Processing Fee

Standard card processing fees apply: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, charged by Stripe. For example, a $500.00 payment will incur a fee of approximately $14.80, for a total of $514.80. To avoid fees entirely, pay by ACH bank transfer — it's free.

How Card Payment Works

  2. 2Click "Pay Securely with Stripe" to proceed.
  3. 3Complete payment on Stripe's secure checkout page.
  4. 4You'll receive an email receipt from Stripe.
  5. 5Payment is applied to your WATCO account within 2–3 business days.

Fee Example

A $500.00 assessment → $14.80 fee → $514.80 total charged to your card. Use ACH to pay exactly $500.00 with no fee.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. WATCO never sees or stores your card details.
